Cole was reported to be undergoing a medical this morning, and now the radio station has confirmed that he has agreed terms with West Ham.
Liverpool will apparently continue to pay £50,000 per week to Cole, with the Hammers paying £30,000.
The deal is expected to be officially announced in time for the FA Cup game against Manchester United at the weekend.
