Leyton Orient manager Russell Slade has confirmed he will work with a sporting director during next season in order to take the club further.
Orient missed out on promotion after losing 4-3 on penalties to Rotherham in the playoff final at Wembley last season.
"There's a slight change in structure. It's about getting on, nothing will ever be bigger than the club," Slade told BBC Radio London.
"My responsibility is for the football. If I can get help from the owner and sporting director, I'll be delighted."
The decision comes in the wake of Francesco Becchetti's takeover during the summer.
Orient finished the League One season eight points behind Brentford, who secured automatic promotion to the Championship.
