Lloyd James, Gary Sawyer sign new Leyton Orient deals

Leyton Orient duo Lloyd James and Gary Sawyer sign new contracts at the League One club.

Midfielder Lloyd James and defender Gary Sawyer have both penned new deals at Leyton Orient.

The London-based outfit are still hurting from their League One playoff final defeat to Rotherham United, but manager Russell Slade has moved to secure the futures of two of his first-team squad.

Sawyer, who signed for the O's in 2012, has been handed a one-year contract after making 28 appearances last season.

James featured more frequently, scoring five times in 53 games, and the Welshman has signed for the next two campaigns.
