Preview: Leicester City vs. Wolverhampton Wanderers

Sports Mole previews the Championship Midlands derby between Wolves and Leicester at Molineux.

Promotion hopefuls Wolverhampton Wanderers and Leicester City go head-to-head in a Midlands derby at Molineux this weekend.

Both ambitious sides have made slow starts to the Championship season and will be looking to kick-start their campaign with victory on Sunday.

The Foxes beat early-season leaders Blackpool last time out and Nigel Pearson may name an unchanged side from the one that conquered the Tangerines.

Striker Jermaine Beckford could be included after Pearson indicated that the former Leeds United frontman was still very much a part of his plans.

New Wolves manager Stale Solbakken still has it all to prove at Molineux, but would go some way to winning over the Wanderers faithful with a win against their local rivals.

Kevin Foley, Razak Boukari and Bjorn Sigurdarson are all expected to be fit and could return after missing the defeat to Cardiff City.

Recent form:

Wolves: LWDWLD
Leicester: WLLLWW

Possible teams:

Wolves: Ikeme; Foley, Berra, Johnson, Ward; Peszko, Edwards, Bakary Soko, Doumbia; Ebanks-Blake, Doyle

Leicester: Schmeichel; Moore, Morgan, St. Ledger, Konchesky; Marshall, Drinkwater, King, Dyer; Vardy, Nugent

Sports Mole says: 2-0
