Huddersfield Town manager Simon Grayson has refused to rule out another loan bid for Leicester City striker Jermaine Beckford.
The Terriers had agreed a season-long loan deal for the 29-year-old on Friday night before Leicester pulled out at the last minute.
"We've been told he's going nowhere at this moment in time, but that can change after the weekend, it could change tomorrow," said Grayson.
"That's how football is. When you have a deal done at five to 11 and it all gets changed nothing surprises me. That's just part and parcel of football, so we'll keep an eye on every situation."
Grayson has previously worked with Beckford at Leeds United.
