Team News: Kevin Mirallas fit to start for Everton

Everton forward Kevin Mirallas shakes off an ankle injury to start against Fulham at Craven Cottage.

Kevin Mirallas has recovered from an ankle injury in time to be included in the Everton team for today's trip to Fulham.

The Belgian forward was a doubt for the match after picking up a knock in the draw with Liverpool last weekend.

Steven Pienaar and John Heitinga also come in for the Toffees, replacing Sylvain Distin and Steven Naismith respectively.

Bryan Ruiz earns a start for the hosts following his impressive performance off the bench against Reading last Saturday.

Fulham: Schwarzer, Riise, Hangeland, Baird, Berbatov, Ruiz, Duff, Hughes, Diarra, Riether, Kacaniklic

Everton: Howard, Coleman, Baines, Jagielka, Heitinga, Neville, Pienaar, Mirallas, Fellaini, Osman, Jelavic
