Colchester United manager Joe Dunne has sent a word of warning to midfielder Alex Gilbey to sign the contract that has been offered to him.
Dunne said that the grass is not always greener on the other side should Gilbey be holding out in case another bid arrives.
"All the other guys have signed it," Dunne told BBC Sport. "There's 10-a-penny players who have gone to other clubs and aren't playing and they're ending up not even in League One."
Dunne has been in charge of Colchester since 2012.
