Napoli striker Edinson Cavani has admitted that he has been left "disturbed" by speculation regarding his future.
The Uruguayan international has been repeatedly linked with moves to Chelsea and Real Madrid this summer.
Cavani, 26, now concedes that the continued gossip is affecting his game while on international duty at the Confederations Cup in Brazil.
"At the beginning of the Confederations Cup, I did not believe the market rumours would have given me trouble," he told Sky Italia. "But, at the end, I admit they have disturbed me a little."
Uruguay will take on Italy in a third-placed playoff at the tournament on Sunday.
