Moussa Dembele'a agent believes that his client is capable of replacing Frank Lampard at Chelsea.

Moussa Dembele's agent has claimed that his client would be capable of replacing Frank Lampard at Chelsea in the near future.

Dembele, whose contract at Fulham is due to expire in 12 months, has been linked with a £10m move to Stamford Bridge this summer.

Discussing the possibility of a move across West London, agent Rodger Linse believes that the Belgian international would have no trouble in replacing veteran Lampard.

"It fits Mousa's ambitions perfectly to become the replacement for someone like Frank Lampard one day, just as playing in the Champions League does as well," said Linse.

Dembele joined the Whites in 2010 from AZ Alkmaar.
