Moussa Dembele linked with Chelsea move

Chelsea are reportedly planning to bid £10m for Fulham's attacking midfielder Moussa Dembele.

The 24-year-old has only one year left on his contract at Craven Cottage and The Sun suggests that he may be interested in a move away from the club.

Dembele's Belgian teammate Eden Hazard this week confirmed that he will be joining after agreeing a deal with the London club and it now seems as though the Blues are keen to add to their summer transfer activity.

However, Manchester United are also believed to be monitoring Dembele's situation after the former AZ Alkmaar forward impressed in the Premier League last season.

Dembele joined Fulham in the summer of 2010.
