Eleven years since his transfer from Manchester United to Real Madrid, Cristiano Ronaldo has been linked with a sensational return to the Premier League with Chelsea.
Reports in Spain suggest that the Blues are willing to pay £108m for the forward, despite the Portugal international having turned 35 in February.
With Hakim Ziyech having already agreed to leave Ajax and RB Leipzig's Timo Werner on the brink of a switch to Stamford Bridge, it remains to be seen whether there is any substance to the recent claims.
Nevertheless, as well as question marks over where Ronaldo would feature in Frank Lampard's starting lineup, there will inevitably be plenty of talk over the attacker's shirt number.
Here, Sports Mole looks at the numbers likely to be available to Ronaldo should he make the move to the West Londoners before the end of the next transfer window.

In an ideal world, Ronaldo will want to wear the number seven shirt, like he has done for Manchester United, Real Madrid, Juventus and Portugal.
Although that shirt number is currently occupied by N'Golo Kante, the Blues would realistically ask the midfielder if he would be happy to vacate the number.
Ronaldo's bid to gain hold of that shirt is also helped by Chelsea potentially being willing to cash in on the World Cup winner during the next transfer window.

In the event that Kante remains at Stamford Bridge and is stubborn over his current shirt, Ronaldo will still not be short of attractive numbers.
With Timo Werner tipped to take over Pedro's number 11 jersey, Ronaldo would most likely opt for number 10, which will soon be vacated by the outgoing Willian.
Realistically, no other number will be under consideration unless Tammy Abraham, the holder of the number nine, is sold due to an unwillingness to pen a new contract.
