Thibaut Courtois is in goal for the Europeans, while Jan Vertonghen and Vincent Kompany are part of the defence.
Moussa Dembele, Hazard and Nacer Chadli have been given the nod in midfield by manager Marc Wilmots, and Lukaku will start up front.
Adnan Januzaj, Marouane Fellaini and Kevin Mirallas all have to settle for a place on the bench.
Meanwhile, Valencia's Sofiane Feghouli and Tottenham Hotspur's Nabil Bentaleb are both involved for Algeria.
