Paris Saint-Germain's management team are reportedly ordered to resolve their differences following last weekend's on-pitch squabble.

Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly told Neymar and Edinson Cavani that they need to resolve their issues following a public spat at the weekend.

The pair, who are part of a new-look attacking lineup following the arrivals of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe in the summer, argued in PSG's 2-0 win over Lyon on Sunday.

In the second half, the duo had words over who would take a penalty, which was missed when Cavani eventually struck from the spot.

Reports in France claimed that the rift between the pair extended into the dressing room, but Cavani has insisted that he has "no problem" with Neymar.

Despite the forward's public stance, PSG manager Unai Emery, sporting director Antero Henrique and team co-ordinator Maxwell have ordered the pair to resolve their issues with one another, according to L'Equipe.

It is believed that a meeting will be held between the two players to settle their differences ahead of this weekend's Ligue 1 match away to Montpellier.

Neymar, Cavani and Mbappe have scored 21 goals between them in the club's first six league matches.
