Crystal Palace have reportedly contacted Bournemouth regarding a potential deal for winger Jordon Ibe.
On Thursday, Palace appeared to be the favourites to sign Jarrod Bowen, only for West Ham United to step in for the Hull City winger.
That has left Roy Hodgson frantically searching for another wide player before Friday's deadline, which has seemingly led to him targeting a Cherries player.
According to The Sun, the Eagles are attempting to sign the former Liverpool man for a cut-price fee.
Like with Ryan Fraser, the 24-year-old is out of contract in the summer, putting Bournemouth in a position where they realistically have to consider any offers for the player.
Much could depend on whether Manchester United are successful with their bid to sign Joshua King.
