Sports Mole rounds up all of Chelsea's latest injury and suspension news ahead of Sunday's Premier League clash with West Ham United.

Chelsea will be bidding to make it back-to-back wins in the Premier League when they welcome West Ham United to Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon.

The Blues will enter this weekend's contest off the back of a 2-0 victory over Tottenham Hotspur on Thursday evening, which followed a 2-2 draw with Aston Villa.

Mauricio Pochettino's side are now eighth in the Premier League table, just three points behind sixth-placed Manchester United with four games of the season left to play.
