Birmingham City decide to start with an attacking formation as they welcome Queens Park Rangers in the Championship this afternoon.

Birmingham City have decided to start with an attacking formation as they welcome Queens Park Rangers in the Championship this afternoon, with Chris Burke, Nikola Zigic and Jordon Ibe all starting up top.

The hosts' frontline will be supported by a four-man midfield consisting of Paul Caddis, Emyr Huws, Tom Adeyemi and Barry Ferguson.

This afternoon's visitors have had to give late fitness tests to a number of players, with both Benoit Assou-Ekotto and Armand Traore being passed fit to start, while Joey Barton also returns from suspension.

However, Harry Redknapp's side will be without the injured Niko Kranjcar.
