Centre Court roof closed ahead of men's final

Wimbledon officials close the roof on Centre Court after heavy rain overnight and this morning ahead of the men's singles final.

Wimbledon officials have this morning closed the Centre Court roof ahead of the men's singles final between Andy Murray and Roger Federer.

Rain has been consistently falling in SW19 over the night and into the morning, with more showers forecast for this afternoon at the All England Club.

Murray is hoping to make it a double British success after Jonathan Marray became the first Brit to win a men's doubles title in 76 years last night, while Federer is going for a record-equalling seventh Wimbledon crown.
