World number 124 Barbora Zahlavova-Strycova has been given a six-month ban for doping.
The 26-year-old Czech tested positive for the banned substance sibutramine in October.
The International Tennis Federation have confirmed that they do not dispute Zahlavova-Strycova's claim that she accidentally took the drug through a dietary supplement.
"She is suspended from participation for a period of six months, back-dated to commence from October 16, 2012 and so ending at midnight on 15 April 2013," said the ITF in a statement.
"The ITF did not dispute Ms Zahlavova Strycova's account of the circumstances surrounding her ingestion of sibutramine."
Her results from the Luxembourg Open and the ITF Bueschl Open have been cancelled by the ITF.
