Federer and Del Potro reach Rotterdam 500 final

Roger Federer will play Juan Martin Del Potro in the final of the Rotterdam 500.

The Argentine took just 75 minutes to dispatch Tomas Berdych in straight sets, blasting 9 aces past the Czech on his way to a 6-3 6-1 rout.

In the other semi, world number three Federer was broken for the first time this week in the first set against Russia's Nikolay Davydenko.

However, the Swiss eventually won through 4-6 6-3 6-4 to book a repeat of the 2010 US Open final, in which Del Potro emerged victorious.
