Leigh Halfpenny says that Wales are on course for their first Six Nations Grand Slam since 2008.

Leigh Halfpenny has said that Wales are on course for their first Six Nations Grand Slam since 2008 after their 19-12 victory over England.

Wales defeated their old rivals at Twickenham on Saturday to lift the Triple Crown on English soil for the first time.

"Our aim coming into this was to win every game and to win the Grand Slam and at the moment we're on target for that," Halfpenny said.

"But from the World Cup it's only made us stronger as a unit.

"Obviously home advantage is huge; going back home now to play Italy is our next focus and we've got to concentrate on... and hopefully come out with a win."

Wales are on top of the Six Nations table with six points from three games.
