Agent: 'Wolverhampton Wanderers want Stefano Sturaro'

Stefano Sturaro's agent confirms that Wolverhampton Wanderers are interested in signing the Italian midfielder this summer.

The agent of Juventus midfielder Stefano Sturaro has confirmed that Wolverhampton Wanderers are interested in signing the player.

Sturaro has been linked with moves to Newcastle United, Real Betis and Villarreal this summer, as manager Massimiliano Allegri has limited the Italian's playing time at the Old Lady.

According to Sturaro's agent Carlo Volpi, Wolves and Southampton have also entered the race for the 25-year-old.

"Not just Newcastle on him, but other clubs as well," Volpi told reporters.

"Who? Ah, you know, for sure, Wolverhampton and Southampton have had a little thought."

Sturaro joined Juventus in 2014, spending his first season on loan at former club Genoa.
