Veteran striker Kevin Phillips will lead the line for Blackpool against West Ham United at Wembley this afternoon.

Veteran Kevin Phillips will lead the line for Blackpool at Wembley during the afternoon's clash against West Ham United in the Championship playoffs.

The former England international will be supported by Thomas Ince and loanee Stephen Dobbie, who start in advanced midfield roles.

Jack Collison has recovered from a dislocated shoulder to take his place in the West Ham starting lineup, while Ricardo Vaz Te will partner Carlton Cole in attack.
