Preview: Hellas Verona vs. Juventus

Sports Mole previews this weekend's Serie A clash between Hellas Verona and Juventus.

Juventus could open up a 12-point gap at the top of the Serie A table with a win over Hellas Verona this weekend.

The Bianconeri had seen their 12-game winning league run brought to end by drawing 1-1 with Lazio, but claimed a 3-1 victory over Inter Milan last weekend.

They will face a Verona side who bounced back from three consecutive defeats to claim a 2-1 win against Sassuolo last weekend.

Despite their recent dip in form, the Gialloblu are fifth in the table and will be looking to cement their spot in the Europa League qualifying places.

Their impressive season has been largely down to their home form, having won eight league matches at the Stadio Marc'Antonio.

Verona will be without the injured Massimo Donati, while Juventus welcome back Gianluigi Buffon from a one-match ban. Andrea Barzagli is a doubt for the visitors after going off injured during last weekend's match against Inter.
