Swansea City forward Michu believes that his teammates' call-ups to their respective international teams can only be a good thing for the club.
Swans skipper Ashley Williams is now captaining Wales, while Michel Vorm and Jonathan de Guzman have both been called up to the Netherlands squad.
He told the club's official website: "When we see a lot of our players being called up for their national team that is a very good thing for Swansea. I think the club can be very proud of that.
"Already we have Ash and Michel [Vorm] who are always in their national teams, but this season you see De Guzman earning his place in the Dutch squad, and that is a compliment to both him and the club."
Michu has yet to be called up to the Spain squad despite scoring 19 goals in all competitions this season.
