Sports Mole previews Swansea City's match with Newcastle United at the Liberty Stadium.

Swansea City return to Premier League action on Saturday afternoon when they host Newcastle United at the Liberty Stadium, six days after claiming the Capital One Cup with a 5-0 victory over Bradford City.

Despite their cup success, Michael Laudrup's side have won just twice in the Premier League in 2013 and they have dropped to ninth in the table following their 5-0 defeat against Liverpool on February 18.

Newcastle could move to move up to 10th with a victory in South Wales if other results go their way. However, they have won just one of their last six games away from St James' Park.

Alan Pardew's side saw off Southampton 4-2 last weekend and the Magpies boss could be tempted to name an unchanged team against Swansea.

Hatem Ben Arfa could return to the side after a month out with a hamstring injury. Goalkeeper Tim Krul is out for five weeks with an ankle injury so Rob Elliot will continue to deputise.

Swansea defenders Chico Flores and Neil Taylor will miss the game due to ankle injuries. Laudrup may decide to recall first-choice goalkeeper Michel Vorm to the starting XI after the Dutchman was rested for the victory over Bradford.
