Stoke City goalkeeper Jack Butland has targeted a return to action in pre-season after spending three months on the sidelines with an ankle injury.
The 23-year-old fractured his ankle while playing for England in March, ruling him out of the European Championships in France.
From that point, Butland has been working on his rehabilitation with the hope of being fit for the new Premier League season, and the keeper has confirmed that he is on track.
On Saturday, he tweeted: "Had my final scan and have been given the all clear by the surgeon! Now I can push on and be fully fit for pre season!"
Butland became Stoke's first-choice keeper last season following Asmir Begovic's move to Chelsea.
