Report: Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur to battle over Dinamo Zagreb's Ante Coric

Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur will reportedly battle to sign 19-year-old Dinamo Zagreb midfielder Ante Coric in January.

Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur have expressed an interest in signing Dinamo Zagreb midfielder Ante Coric, according to reports.

Despite his young age, the 19-year-old is one of the most highly-rated youngsters in Europe and has already played 102 matches for the Croatian giants, scoring 15 goals and providing 19 assists.

According to Squawka, both Premier League clubs held talks over a deal to sign Coric in the summer but the playmaker decided to stay in Zagreb and review his options in January.

Everton are also said to be interested in the £15m-rated Croatia international.
