BBC pundit Garth Crooks: 'Tottenham Hotspur not top-four side'

BBC pundit Garth Crooks states that Tottenham Hotspur do not have the credentials to finish in the top four of the Premier League this season.

BBC pundit Garth Crooks has insisted that Tottenham Hotspur are not Premier League top-four material.

Mauricio Pochettino's side currently sit in fifth position in the league table, three points off fourth spot.

Spurs failed to close the gap on the two Manchester clubs after being held to a 1-1 draw by West Bromwich Albion on Saturday.

"For me, Tottenham don't have a chance of making the top four," Crooks told BBC Sport.

"They are a top-six side, nothing more."

Spurs play Monaco at home in the Europa League on Thursday before welcoming Newcastle United to White Hart Lane on Sunday.
