League One club Sheffield United have announced that they have suspended forward Jose Baxter.
There has been no indication as to why the 24-year-old, who was disciplined by the club in December regarding an "incident", has been suspended.
A statement on the Blades' official website read: "Sheffield United Football Club can confirm that Jose Baxter has been suspended.
"Procedures are being followed and no further comment will be made until the completion of these actions."
Baxter, who joined the club from Oldham Athletic in 2013, has made 28 appearances this season and has scored seven goals.
