AC Milan are reportedly interested in signing Real Madrid left-back Marcelo this summer.
The Brazilian international, who has been with Los Blancos since 2007, struggled with a succession of injuries in the second half of the 2013-14 campaign.
The 26-year-old is regarded as a key member of the first team, but it has been reported that Fabio Coentrao could start next season as the first-choice left-back.
According to AS, Milan are closely monitoring proceedings with a view to making their interest official following the World Cup this summer.
Marcelo is currently with the Brazil squad ahead of this summer's tournament.
