Real Madrid are reportedly interested in signing RB Leipzig left-back David Raum.
After spending a single season at Hoffenheim where he registered three goals and 13 assists in 33 appearances, Raum made the switch to RB Leipzig in the summer.
Although he has only managed to provide one assist, he has started 19 of the possible 23 games that he was available for this season.
Despite recently joining Die Roten Bullen, reports in Spain claim that Real Madrid are considering whether to sign the 24-year-old.
With Ferland Mendy's future at the club appearing to be uncertain, the European champions are looking to sign another left-back, and Raum is regarded as a potential option as well as Rayo Vallecano's Fran Garcia.
Raum has recently indicated that he would be open to a move to the Santiago Bernabeu, and he would reportedly cost Real Madrid in the region of €40m (£34.5m).
The former Hoffenheim man is currently representing Germany at the World Cup, where he has started the first two group games.
