Inter Milan reportedly want Antonio Conte to become their new head coach.
Current Inter boss Luciano Spalletti is under pressure at San Siro after the Italian giants were eliminated in the group stage of the Champions League.
Inter are currently third in Serie A, but are without a win in their last four matches in all competitions and sit 14 points off division leaders Juventus.
According to The Mirror, Inter want former Chelsea boss Conte to become their new manager, and will then target a move for Real Madrid midfielder Luka Modric, whose contract at the Bernabeu expires in 2020.
Modric was strongly linked with a move away from Madrid during the summer but ultimately stayed in the Spanish capital.
Former Juventus director Giuseppe Marotta has joined Inter as their new CEO for sport and is believed to have big plans for the Italian giants, who have not won a trophy since the 2011 Coppa Italia.
