Adel Taarabt: 'It is a joy to win'

Adel Taarabt expresses his joy as QPR win their first game of the season with a 2-1 victory over Fulham on Saturday.

Adel Taarabt has admitted that it is "a joy" for Queens Park Rangers to win their first game of the season with Saturday's 2-1 victory over Fulham.

The Moroccan international scored both goals at Loftus Road to get the R's off the bottom of the table.

"It is a joy to win a game after a tough five months," Taarabt told BBC Sport.

"The performance was brilliant from all the team and we can now start to believe in ourselves. We know we can get out of this situation if we keep winning games."

QPR are now five points from safety following the win.
