Marco Verratti and Paris Saint-Germain are ready to discuss a new deal, according to the player's agent.
The Italian has had an impressive first season in Ligue 1 since moving from Pescara in a deal worth £10m last summer.
A number of clubs are rumoured to be interested in his signature, but the 20-year-old's representative Donato di Campli said that he is "happy" at the Parc des Princes.
"He's doing very well in Paris," he told Rai Sport.
"I met Leonardo (PSG sporting director), we will meet again to talk about improving his contract and I do not think that there will be problems.
"He is happy to be part of a great club."
Verratti has won three caps for his country.
