Jamie Mackie completes Nottingham Forest switch

Nottingham Forest announce that they have signed Jamie Mackie from Queens Park Rangers on a three-year contract.

Nottingham Forest have completed the signing of Jamie Mackie from Queens Park Rangers.

The club's owner Fawaz Al Hasawi broke the news on Twitter, revealing that the striker has signed a three-year contract at the City Ground.

"I'm delighted to announce we have signed Jamie Mackie on a three-year deal," he wrote.

Mackie's move comes in the wake of the news that QPR "reluctantly accepted" a transfer request from the player on Thursday.

The striker scored two goals in 29 Premier League appearances for the London outfit last season.
