Nottingham Forest sign ex-Hamburg midfielder Robert Tesche

Former Hamburg midfielder Robert Tesche signs for Nottingham Forest following his release from the Bundesliga club.

Nottingham Forest have confirmed the signing of ex-Hamburg midfielder Robert Tesche on a one-year deal.

The 27-year-old spent part of last season playing in the second tier of German football but eventually played a part in Hamburg's relegation escape.

The former Arminia Bielefield defender made just 11 appearances for Hamburg last season, scoring twice in the process.

Stuart Pearce brings Tesche to Forest following the arrivals of Michail Antonio and Britt Assombalonga earlier this summer.
