Norwich City are reportedly close to signing Eintracht Braunschweig winger Onel Hernandez.
The Canaries have tabled a bid of £1.7m for the Cuban-born German, according to The Sun.
Hernandez, who has previously played for Werder Bremen and Wolfsburg, was linked with Wolverhampton Wanderers and Huddersfield Town last summer.
Norwich are expected to bankroll the bid with some of the £11.9m they received from Huddersfield for Alex Pritchard's signature this month.
Canaries boss Daniel Farke has also brought in Marcus Edwards on loan from Tottenham Hotspur during the current transfer window.
