The agent of PSV Eindhoven midfielder Kevin Strootman has revealed that Manchester United have enquired about the player's availability.
A number of European clubs are keeping tabs on the highly-rated 22-year-old, who is likely to leave the Dutch giants soon.
Reports have suggested that Strootman could move in January, though his agent, Chiel Dekker, revealed the Netherlands international wants to move to England at the end of the season.
"All the top clubs in Europe know about Kevin, but a move to England next summer is his first priority and, yes, Manchester United and other big clubs in Europe have been in touch with me," Dekker told talkSPORT.
Strootman has earned 15 caps for the Netherlands since making his debut in 2011.
