Manchester United defender Reece James has moved to Rotherham United on loan until January 10.
The 21-year-old made his first senior appearance for the Red Devils earlier this season during their 4-0 defeat to MK Dons in the League Cup.
"Young Reece is a player who I have watched develop at Manchester United over the last two or three years. He is an outstanding young left-back or indeed can be utilised further forward as and when needed," Rotherham boss Steve Evans told the club's official website.
Rotherham return to Championship action on Saturday when they welcome fellow strugglers Blackpool to the New York Stadium.
The Millers are currently in the relegation zone on goal difference following a six-game winless run.
