Real Madrid are reportedly hoping to include Gareth Bale as part of a swap deal for one of the three players they are interested in signing.
The Spanish giants are allegedly desperate to offload the 29-year-old to help fund a move for one of Paul Pogba, Christian Eriksen or Luka Jovic, on top of the arrival of Eden Hazard from Chelsea.
Bale is believed to have told Madrid that he has no intention of leaving, even if it means being frozen out in 2019-20, but AS reports that Los Blancos have not yet given up on getting him off their books.
With Manchester United after around £130m for Pogba, the report indicates that Madrid will offer Bale and then hand over a smaller sum.
A return to Tottenham Hotspur is another possible option, paving the way for Eriksen to head the opposite way, though it is unlikely that Bale will seriously consider a move to the Bundesliga with Eintracht Frankfurt.
Bale has been on the bench for three of Madrid's last five matches, and boss Zinedine Zidane has refused to guarantee the Welshman regular football should he stay.
