Robert Lewandowski reportedly wants a definitive answer on Wayne Rooney and Javier Hernandez's futures before deciding whether to sign for Manchester United.

Borussia Dortmund striker Robert Lewandowski will reportedly wait to make a decision on a possible move to Manchester United due to the uncertain futures of Wayne Rooney and Javier Hernandez.

The Poland international, who is expected to leave Dortmund at the end of the season, has been heavily linked with a switch from the Bundesliga club to Old Trafford since last summer.

Lewandowski wants a definitive answer on Rooney and Hernandez's future at United before deciding whether to make the move or opt for German champions Bayern Munich, according to The Telegraph.

Rooney is reportedly keen on signing a new contract with the Red Devils, while Hernandez's future has been in doubt due to the lack of first-team football.
