Chelsea enter Cesc Fabregas race?

A report claims that Chelsea have entered the race for Barcelona's Cesc Fabregas.

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has reportedly joined the race to sign Cesc Fabregas from Barcelona this summer.

The Spanish international, who is widely expected to depart the Camp Nou, has been linked with Arsenal, Manchester United, Liverpool and Manchester City over the last few weeks.

However, according to Mundo Deportivo, Mourinho has placed the 27-year-old at the top of his list to replace outgoing midfielder Frank Lampard, who looks likely to join New York City.

Fabregas is currently with the Spain squad ahead of the World Cup and therefore any move is unlikely to occur until next month.
