Tottenham Hotspur are the latest side to have reportedly expressed interest in signing Paris Saint-Germain winger Lucas Moura, who could be available for around £35m.
The report from The Express, which comes after Manchester United and Arsenal had also shown alleged interest, says that Spurs have now joined their Premier League rivals in securing his signature.
The Gunners, who signed Henrikh Mkhitaryan from Manchester United on Monday, are reportedly close to bringing in Borussia Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. The newspaper adds that Arsenal's pursuit of targets will not stop there, with Moura now in Arsene Wenger's sights.
The 25-year-old has fallen out of favour at the Parc des Princes, with PSG boss Unai Emery relying on the attacking trio of Neymar, Kylian Mbappe and Edinson Cavani to find the net.
Moura has made five substitute appearances this term, scoring once.
