Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has admitted that Romelu Lukaku is currently struggling for form.
Lukaku drew another blank in United's 1-0 defeat to Juventus in the Champions League on Tuesday night, meaning that the centre-forward has not scored for the Red Devils since the middle of September.
The Belgium international was criticised by sections of the United crowd during Tuesday's European tie, and Mourinho has conceded that the 25-year-old 'is not in his best moment'.
"His moment is not sweet. Not just with the goals he is not scoring. He is not linking well with the team, but he is our striker. We believe in him," Mourinho told reporters.
Lukaku has scored four times for United this term, but has not registered in their three Champions League matches.
Next up for Mourinho's team is a home Premier League match against Everton on Sunday afternoon.
