Valencia keen on Alvaro Negredo?

A report claims that Valencia are looking to sign Manchester City centre-forward Alvaro Negredo.

Manchester City striker Alvaro Negredo has reportedly been made a transfer target of Valencia.

It is believed that Los Che have funds available following their recent takeover by Singapore businessman Peter Lim.

Speculation in Spain has suggested that talks between City and Valencia regarding the centre-forward have already taken place, with the Premier League champions thought to want around £25m for the player.

Should Valencia accept those demands, the move might not be finalised until the winter transfer window because Negredo is currently receiving treatment for a foot injury and is not expected to return to action until November, according to the Manchester Evening News.

Negredo joined City last summer from Sevilla for £16m.
