Report: Manchester City want £25m for Alvaro Negredo

Manchester City reportedly set an asking price of £25m for striker Alvaro Negredo.

Manchester City have reportedly set a £25m price tag for striker Alvaro Negredo.

The Spaniard has been linked with a move to Atletico Madrid as a replacement for Diego Costa, who has left the La Liga champions to join Chelsea.

According to The Sun, the Premier League champions are demanding £25m for the forward, who scored 23 goals in his first season with the club.

City paid Sevilla £16.4m for Negredo last summer.
