Manchester City are reportedly poised to offer Paul Pogba a £250,000-a-week deal to sign for them this summer.
The Frenchman has emerged as one of Europe's hottest properties and City face stiff competition from Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United.
The 22-year-old is expected to fetch in the region of £70m, with all of his suitors reportedly willing to meet that figure in order to secure his signature.
However, the Citizens are hoping to steal a march on their rivals with extravagant personal terms that would see Pogba eclipse Yaya Toure - on £220,000 per week - as the club's highest earner, according to The Mirror.
The former United youth, who left the club on a free transfer in 2012, is contracted to the Italian champions until 2019.
