Yaya Toure's agent has revealed that the midfield ace is almost certain to leave Manchester City this summer.
The Ivory Coast international is expected to join former manager Roberto Mancini at Inter Milan, although Toure's representative Dimitri Seluk also stated that two other clubs are chasing his signature.
Seluk is said to have flown to Milan last week to hold preliminary talks with Nerazzurri chiefs, and he admitted in an interview with Sky Sports News that a switch abroad at the end of the season is "90% likely".
Toure has helped the Citizens on their way to two Premier League titles during his time in England, while also being named in the PFA Team of the Year on two separate occasions.
