The agent of Manchester City star Yaya Toure has reportedly flown to Italy in order to finalise the midfielder's move to Inter Milan.
It has been widely claimed that the Ivory Coast international will end his five-year stay at City this summer in order to link up with former manager Roberto Mancini at San Siro.
Italian publication Tuttosport has now suggested that the 31-year-old's agent, Dimitri Seluk, will discuss personal terms over a potential four-year deal at Inter, although a fee has yet to be agreed between the two clubs.
Toure has helped the Citizens on their way to two Premier League titles during his time in England, while also being named in the PFA Team of the Year on two separate occasions.
