Thiago Silva wants to stay at AC Milan and isn't interested in a move to Manchester City or Barcelona, according to his agent.
The Brazilian has been linked with a big-money move away from the San Siro, with City manager Roberto Mancini thought to be a big fan of the defender. Milan boss Massimiliano Allegri has already said that Silva is not for sale, and the player's agent Paulo Tonietto has backed the manager's claims.
"Neither I nor Thiago have had contact with Manchester City and Barcelona," Tonietto told calciomercato.it.
"His preference? Of course, it's AC Milan. Only the Rossoneri's leadership can decide to sell the player.
"This is just speculation circulated in newspapers to fill out the papers when there is no other football news."
The 27-year-old joined Milan in July 2009.
